Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BakerApps ("BakerApps," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Cyber Runner Watch Faces, listed on Google Play as CyberPunk WatchFaces (the "Watch Face"). The package name is com.bakerapps.neonrenegadeswatchface.

1. Information Displayed on Your Watch

The Watch Face may display the following information supplied locally by Wear OS or a data provider configured on your watch:

• Current time and date;
• Watch battery percentage;
• Step count; and
• Heart-rate information, when available.

Step count and heart-rate information can be personal or sensitive information. This information is rendered on your watch for your immediate use. BakerApps does not receive, transmit, store, or share these values. Availability is controlled by Wear OS, your watch settings, applicable permissions, and the health or fitness data provider on your device.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information or device data through the Watch Face. In particular, the Watch Face does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, account identifiers, or contact information;
• Location data;
• Health or fitness history;
• Advertising identifiers;
• Photos, files, messages, or contacts; or
• Analytics, usage events, or crash reports through an embedded analytics service.

3. Local Settings

Wear OS may store your selected watch-face design and related preferences locally on your device so that your chosen appearance can be restored. BakerApps does not receive these settings. You can change them through the Wear OS watch-face editor or remove them by uninstalling the Watch Face, subject to your device's normal system behavior.

4. Sharing and Sale of Information

Because BakerApps does not collect information through the Watch Face, we do not sell or share Watch Face user data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

5. Platform Services

Google Play distributes the Watch Face, and Wear OS renders it and supplies on-device data used for display. Google and any health or fitness provider you use may process information independently under their own privacy policies and settings. BakerApps does not control those platform services and does not receive the heart-rate or step-count values they provide to the Watch Face.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

BakerApps does not maintain user accounts or retain personal information for this Watch Face, so there is no developer-held user data to delete. To remove the Watch Face and its locally stored preferences, uninstall it from your watch. To manage or delete health and activity history maintained by Wear OS or another provider, use that provider's application, device settings, or privacy tools.

7. Security

The Watch Face is implemented using Android's declarative Watch Face Format and does not contain application code that uploads user information. Data shown by the Watch Face remains under the controls provided by Wear OS and your selected data providers.

8. Children's Privacy

The Watch Face does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. If you believe information has been provided to BakerApps in connection with this Watch Face, contact us using the address below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Watch Face's features or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted at the same public location with an updated effective date.
