Baker Apps does not operate a traditional account sign-up system for Visuel: AI Room Designer. The app may use anonymous identifiers and Google Play purchase status so credits, subscriptions, and app features work correctly.

Depending on the features used, the app may collect or process:

• Photos or images selected by the user, including room photos, furniture photos, wall photos, saved designs, and replacement item photos.
• Text prompts or design instructions entered by the user.
• Generated design results, room analysis, detected item names, style selections, and app interaction data needed to provide the requested feature.
• Anonymous app or device identifiers used to manage credits, subscriptions, usage limits, and fraud prevention.
• Google Play purchase and subscription status, including purchase history needed to unlock paid features and manage credits.
• Crash logs and diagnostic information used to find bugs and improve app reliability.

How Information Is Used

Information is used for app functionality, including:

• Analyzing room photos and furniture photos.
• Generating AI room redesigns, wall previews, style presets, replacement item previews, and empty room layout ideas.
• Finding visually similar furniture and decor suggestions.
• Saving or displaying generated designs selected by the user.
• Managing free credits, subscriptions, monthly credit resets, and credit purchases.
• Diagnosing crashes, improving reliability, and preventing abuse or fraudulent credit use.

Photos, Videos, and AI Processing

Photos are collected only when the user chooses to take a photo, choose from the gallery, or use a saved design. Uploaded photos may be sent to cloud services used by the app to analyze the image and generate AI results.

Photo processing is intended to be limited to the specific feature requested by the user, such as redesigning a room, changing a wall color, replacing an item, finding furniture, or planning an empty room.

Third-Party Services

The app may use Google services, including Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Play, Google Play Billing, and Google AI services, to provide app functionality, cloud processing, anonymous authentication, purchase verification, diagnostics, hosting, and subscriptions. These services are governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.

The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Visuel: AI Room Designer may offer free starter credits, a paid subscription, monthly credits, and optional credit purchases for subscribed users. Purchases, billing details, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and payment methods are handled by Google Play. Baker Apps does not receive or store full credit card numbers or payment credentials.

The app receives purchase and subscription status from Google Play so it can unlock paid features and manage credits.

Data Sharing

Baker Apps does not sell personal information. User-selected photos, prompts, and app data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, including Google/Firebase/Google AI services, only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the app.

Data Retention

Some information, such as anonymous identifiers, credit balances, subscription status, purchase status, and fraud-prevention records, may be retained while needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.

Photos and generated results may be stored locally on the user's device when saved by the user. Users can remove local app data through Android settings or uninstall the app.

Your Choices

• You can choose whether to upload or take photos.
• You can deny or revoke camera and photo permissions through Android settings.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
• You can delete saved images or app data from the device through app or Android settings where available.
• You can contact us to request deletion of app-related data associated with your anonymous app use where technically possible.

Children's Privacy

Visuel: AI Room Designer is not directed to children under 16. The app is intended for users who are old enough to use home design, AI generation, photo upload, and paid subscription features responsibly.

Security

Data transmitted between the app and cloud services is protected in transit using HTTPS or similar transport security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate for the app.
