Child Safety Standards

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These standards apply to Velora, an AI companion app developed by Baker Apps LLC. Velora is intended only for adults age 21 and older. The fictional AI characters in Velora are adults.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Velora explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.

Prohibited content and conduct

Users must not use Velora to create, request, upload, store, or distribute content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

Enforcement

We review reports and may remove prohibited content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information when legally required, and cooperate with law enforcement. When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law, including reporting confirmed apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority.

How to report a concern

Report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or any child-safety concern from Velora's Help & Support screen or email our child-safety contact at bakerapps82@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to identify and review the issue. Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, reports may also be made to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
